Plate Heat exchanger

In marine applications, Heat exchangers are commonly used for transferring heat between two fluids without allowing them to mix. These exchangers consist of a series of metal plates stacked together, with each plate having grooves or corrugations to create flow channels for the fluids. The plates are typically made of materials such as stainless steel, titanium, or other corrosion-resistant alloys suitable for marine environments.
